"Community Fruit Tree Sharing and Contribution Program"

Mission
Share our ready fruit to Burbank Neighbors in need.
Company Overview Our organization plans community harvesting efforts of residents or fruit tree owners who might be unable to pick their own fruit in the City of Burbank. The volunteers deliver the fruit back to the residents, families, homeowners by donation, holiday baskets and through events.
Description Burbank Harvest is a nonprofit volunteer organization in the City of Burbank which harvests fruit from backyards and small orchards, then passes it along to local food agencies to feed the hungry. We also provide education on fruit tree care, harvesting, and food preservation.
Anyone with a mature fruit tree is familiar with the annual quandaries: How do you get all that fruit out of the tree and what do you do with 200 oranges?
This is where Burbank Harvest and sharing saves the day. Cooperating with others to harvest, preserve, distribute, and eat the fruit can be a fun and fruitful activity. And, it saves you from tossing fruit, through "creative" recipes, and giving back to your neighbors. So ask a neighbor and friends to take part in this program and let us take some fruit off your hands.
